International shipping:
I do ship internationally! I am based in the US, so be aware that shipping costs will be higher if you're purchasing from anywhere outside of the US (sorry about that!). Please note that buyers are responsible for paying any customs or import taxes that might apply. I am not responsible for any delays due to customs. If I am for any reason unable to send your order, I will reach out about a refund/cancellation.
UPDATE: Due to GPSR, I am now unable to ship to the EU + Northern Ireland. If you're located in the EU/NI and do buy from my shop, I'll have to refund your order. I'm sorry! :')
Shipping time:
I will try my best to have orders shipped within a week of receiving the order (possibly slower during holiday seasons). However, patience is much appreciated as I am just one person, and occasionally life will get in the way! <3
Stickers + small prints:
If you ONLY order stickers and/or prints within a certain size range, I will send your order in a stamped envelope (no tracking).
Pre-orders:
If you have a pre-order item in your order, I will wait to ship out your order until the pre-order items have arrived to me. The only time I will ship pre-order items separately is if two or more separate orders are made. Preorder items are listed with [PRE-ORDER] in the name.
E-mail:
During checkout, you will be asked for your e-mail; if possible, please use an e-mail that you check regularly so that I can reach you in case there are any issues with your order! Not required (use any e-mail you'd like), but majorly helpful on my end of things! :)
Incorrect info within order:
If you made a mistake in your shipping information or order, please contact me asap!
Special notes:
If you would like a specialized note in your order (for example, when gifting to someone else), don't hesitate to let me know in the notes section during checkout. Make sure to mention it's a note for someone else so that I know it's not something you're telling me! I'd be more than happy to write one out for you! :)
Lost or damaged package/goods:
I am not responsible for lost mail. Feel free to reach out to me if you think your situation is an exception to this. If your items arrived damaged (for example, a broken charm), please feel free to reach out to me and we can discuss where to go from there!
